Privacy Policy

This website collects the following information:

• A users ip address is held when you sign up to sing a song. We hold it in memory to ensure that you don't submit the same song multiple times (usually by accidental double clicking). IPs are also logged to verify that users are not spamming the signup sheet. IPs are deleted on site reload.
• A users name/alias will be submitted to a database when they sign up to sing a song. We use this name/alias to notify and identify the user when it's their turn to perform.
• Transaction related data is not collected by THIS website. However, If you tip, or use the payment portal, you will be sent to a third party site (Venmo or Braintree/Paypal) to complete the transaction. Click the links to view their policies.
• Name, Email, and Phone will be sent to a band member if you have them learn a song. This information is used to notify the user if any additional information or contact is needed.
• This website is cookie free for all non-admin users.
